LPA 567/2018 Considering the fact that the provisions in question and the interpretation of Clause 17 with regard to restrictions for close relatives in participating in the process of award of contract have been upheld by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Ashwani Garg vs. NDMC, AIR 2008 Del 145 as well as by the Supreme Court in the case of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited & Anr. vs. Bhupender Minhas & Ors., (2008) 11 SCC 273 referred to by the learned Single Judge in para-4 of the impugned

order, we see no error in the impugned order warranting reconsideration. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
