% 14.07.2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.664/2016, under Section 394 IPC, registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, Delhi. Vide order dated 31st January, 2017, the petitioner was granted interim protection from arrest till next date of hearing and he was directed to join the investigation.

Status report has been filed by the State. Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation as and when directed to do so and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of

the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.
