% 09.01.2018 Learned counsels for the parties inform that the Arbitral Tribunal has still not been fully constituted.

As the process of appointment of Arbitral Tribunal has already been initiated and both the parties have appointed their nominee Arbitrator, I deem it fit and proper to continue the interim order dated 21.08.2017 till the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal. Upon such constitution, Arbitral Tribunal will be free to decide to continue, modify or vacate the interim order, after hearing the parties. Either party shall be free to move appropriate application before the Arbitral Tribunal in this regard. All submissions and contentions of the parties will remain open before the Arbitral Tribunal.
