The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.235/2014 registered under Sections 397/394/34 IPC at PS DBG Road. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner has been charged only under Section 412 IPC. He is in custody since 21.05.2014. Learned APP informs that the petitioner is not involved in any other criminal case. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
