% 11.08.2017 CM No. 28703/2017 Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 6912/2017 and CM Nos. 28702/2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 11.12.2015 passed by the National Green Tribunal in OA No. 2013/2015 titled as "Dr. Amarjeet Singh Nalwa and Ors. v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors". The learned counsel for the respondent points out that the said order is appealable directly to the Supreme Court of India in terms of Section 22 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.

The learned counsel for the respondent also pointed out that action of removing encroachment is for implementation of the orders passed by the National Green Tribunal.

In this view, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies including approaching the National Green Tribunal.

The petition and the application are disposed of. Order dasti under signature of Court Master.
