O R D E R

% 10.07.2017 Parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 18.05.2017 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the settlement agreement, Jamia Hamdard University was to pay a sum of Rs.27,50,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim of M/s ICON Institute of Allied Health Services.

The settlement also records that a cheque for the said amount has been handed over to the said ICON Institute of Allied Health Services. Mr.Shabbir Ahmed, Secretary, M/s. ICON Institute of Allied Health

Services who is present in person confirms receipt of the said sum of Rs.27,50,000/- and full and final settlement of all the disputes. Learned counsel for Jamia Hamdard University therefore submits that the matter stands disposed of as all the disputes between the parties stands settled.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of binding the parties to the above settlement.
