% 01.03.2017 Address of petitioner has been verified. Petitioner seeks parole for getting his house repaired. As per the status report only minor repair work has to be done and petitioner's wife can get it done. A perusal of nominal roll of petitioner shows that petitioner had been released on furlough on several occasions and he has not misused the concession of furlough granted to him. Lastly petitioner was released on furlough in the month of August, 2016. A perusal of status report shows that house needs repair. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that co-accused Shabbir Kasim @ Kasim Raja, who was released on parole, has jumped the parole and has not surrendered till date.
Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the SHO PS Lahori Gate once a week, that is, on every Monday at 10:00 am.
After completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
Copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent for serving upon the petitioner and for compliance.
