Notice. Learned ASC accepts notice for the State/respondent no.1. 2.

Status report has already been placed on record. 3.

It is submitted that pursuant to the registration of FIR No. 394/2017 on 14.05.2017 with PS Narela, Rohini District, Delhi under Section 307/34 of IPC on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondents no. 2 to 4 were arrested. They were later on released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge. 3.

The petitioner has been threatened to his life by the respondents no. 2 to 4 and by this petition he seeks his protection. 4.

Learned ASC submits that the SHO has already provided his mobile number and that of the beat constable to the petitioner and in case of necessity he can always be provided protection. 5.

In these circumstances, the petition is disposed of with the direction

that the SHO, PS Narela, Delhi shall ensure that no harm is caused to the life or limb of the petitioner. The protection shall continue to he provided to the petitioner.
