This order is in continuation of the earlier orders dated 10th August, 2017 and 21st August, 2017.

The petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order dated 23rd August, 2017 in ARC No.25777/2016 of the Court of Additional Rent Controller (ARC) (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi accepting the apology of the petitioner.

Though the learned ARC has not so expressly observed but the inference is that that part of the order dated 27th March, 2017 (impugned in this petition) which directed the Bar Council of India and Bar Council of Delhi to take action against the petitioner, stands reviewed and stands recalled.

Clarifying the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
