W.P. (Crl.) 79/2017 It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioners and respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that settled amount has been received by the respondent no.2. He further submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, FIR No. 186/16 under Sections 135/138/150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Harsh Vihar, which is at the

investigation stage, is quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of.
