O R D E R

% 20.11.2017 After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and having perused the case record, the course that recommends itself is to direct the Principal Judge, Family Courts, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in the first instance, to dispose off all the applications pending adjudication before it in G No. 01/13, titled as "Girish Kumar Gangadharan vs. Pranamika Nair", after hearing learned counsel for the parties, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the next date of hearing i.e. 29th November, 2017.

It is further directed that the Principal Judge shall dispose off the said G. No. 01/13 itself as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today. In this behalf, it is made clear that no MAT.APP.(F.C.) 142/2017

unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties on any ground whatsoever.

It is, however, made clear that in the event, Ms. Pranamika Nair, the respondent produces a fee bill in relation to Manav Rachna International School, Sector-14, Faridabad, Haryana, before the trial court on the next date of hearing; the appellant, Mr. Girish Kumar Gangadharan shall disburse the amount due reflected therein directly to the School, forthwith, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

With the above directions, the appeal is disposed off. Pending applications also stand disposed off.
