% 06.02.2017 By way of present writ petition, petitioner-company seeks a direction to respondent No.2 to re-construct the file of Ferrari vehicle bearing registration No.DL 3C BM 3050 and to issue a fresh registration certificate in respect of the said vehicle after deletion of hypothecation in favour of Tata Capital Ltd. as the loan has been repaid. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the file of the petitioner is available with the Department and the hypothecation shall be deleted if the petitioner furnishes a valid insurance policy. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a valid insurance policy shall be furnished to the respondents within a period of two weeks, if not already furnished.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, assures and undertakes to this Court that within a week of receipt of the valid insurance policy, a fresh registration certificate shall be issued to the petitioner. The statements, assurances, and undertakings given by both the counsel are taken on record and parties are held bound by the same. In view thereof, present writ petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.
