O R D E R

% 16.11.2017 The present petition has been instituted on behalf of Mr Anil Kumar, an Olympian, who has done the country proud by being inter alia Asian Games Gold Medalist athlete. It is observed that the petitioner has been awarded the highest honour accorded to a sports person by being conferred with the Arjun Award.

It is an admitted position that the DDA had conducted draw of lots and a flat has been allotted to the petitioner in terms of the directions issued by this Court from time to time in the present proceedings. However, the consequent reliefs are yet to be granted.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed as follows:- a.

The DDA shall issue a certificate of allotment in the name of the

petitioner forthwith and preferably within a period of two weeks from today.

b.

The Raman Vihar CGHS Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd. (Respondent No.3 herein) shall issue a certificate of occupancy to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. c.

The Registrar of Cooperative Societies shall take all steps to ensure that the petitioner secures vacant possession of the subject flat within a period of three months from today.

d.

The SHO of the concerned Police Station is directed to render all assistance to the respondents in order to enable them to handover the vacant possession of the subject flat to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from today. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed off. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
