% 06.09.2017 I have heard the learned counsel for the parties for sometimes. After some arguments, it is agreed by the learned counsel for both the parties that this court may appoint a retired judge of this court as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. It is also agreed between the parties that the petitioner may file a petition under section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking reliefs which were sought in the present petition, before the learned arbitrator. The parties are agreed that the matter be referred to Ms.Justice Rekha Sharma (Retd.) (Mobile No.9871300025) for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned arbitrator on 12.09.2017 at 4.00 p.m. The petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
