The Petitions under Section 482/483 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for setting-aside The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the Order dated 21.07.2017 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. whereby directions have been issued to DCP, EOW, the Respondent No. 1, to register FIR under Section 418/420 read with Section 120-B IPC and Section 34 IPC against the thirteen persons named in the Complaint Case No. 5840/2017 dated 20.03.2017.

Pursuant to the Order dated 21.07.2017 of the learned CMM, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court, New Delhi, FIR No. 128/2017 was registered. However, the learned Additional PP submits that the Closure Report has been filed in the said FIR in the year 2020 and the same is pending consideration before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the Complainant has appeared but that despite the Order dated 25.03.2025, neither any address of the Complainant, has been furnished nor has he chosen to appear before the learned Trial Court. It is evident that conduct of the Complainant is intentional and is only intended to harass the Petitioners.

In the circumstances, the learned Trial Court is directed to proceed with the Closure Report submitted by the Petitioners irrespective of the appearance of the Complainant, who has notice of the same and has deliberately not been appearing before the learned Trial Court. 5.

Considering that this Order is challenging the Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., pursuant to which FIR has been registered and the Closure Report has already been filed and no Protest Petition till dated has been filed by the Petitioners, the present Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, in case there is any Order made in the Closure Report submitted in the FIR. The Petitions are disposed of accordingly. The pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
