By way of this application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 169/2016, under Sections 427/448/447/420/34 IPC registered at PS Palam Village, Delhi. 2.

Fresh status report has been filed by the State which is to the following effect:- "In continuation of previous status report, it is submitted that petitioner and Ashok Kumar Jain (Landlord) reached on a settlement. As per this settlement petitioner will complete the remaining work of building as soon as possible and also pay sum of ₹1,23,000/- to Ashok Kumar Jain and Ashok Kumar Jain will execute the title documents of two floors in favour of petitioner.

Petitioner has completed the remaining work in the building as per the settlement. Petitioner is ready to execute the title documents of the property bearing No.RZF-2/72, Gali No.2, Mahavir Enclave, Delhi in favour of complainant Smt.Savita Aggarwal.

The statement of complainant has been recorded. She asserted that she is ready to take the flat. She sought time of 10 days to purchase the Stamps papers for the sale deed of the flat."

Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that remaining work is completed.

In view of the status report, it is directed that in the event of arrest petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned.
