% 11.08.2017 Documents placed on record from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and VMCC & Safdarjung Hospital relate to „varicose veins‟.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid hospitals did not give absolute clearance to the petitioner viz. "Varicose Veins". The petitioner has „flat foot‟ and the said finding of the Medical Board and Review Medical Board has not been questioned.

At this stage learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and states that the petitioner would get

herself medically examined on the second aspect and thereafter, if deemed appropriate, approach the respondent.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No comments or directions have been made and issued by the Court.
