% 13.03.2019 It is the case of the respondent NDMC that the Jhhugis in the area in question have been completely removed on July 10, 2017. Learned counsel appearing for the DUSIB also states that the area is not notified Jhuggi Jhopri Cluster and hence, the case for rehabilitation would not be covered under the DUSIB Act and the Policy.

As there is no appearance for the petitioners even on the second call, the writ petition and CM 35182/2017 are dismissed in default and for non prosecution.
