% 26.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. As per the status reports filed on behalf of the respondentSDMC and the police, demolition has already been carried out. Nothing, therefore, survives in the instant petition for the actions to be taken by SDMC as of now. Should there be a fresh cause of action, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court afresh. Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
