% 05.09.2017 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies to delete / remove the name of the petitioner as a Director of respondent no.3 company.

It is the petitioner's case that his name has been fraudulently included as a Director by other Directors of respondent no.3 and by obtaining his digital signatures in a fraudulent manner. The said controversy involves several questions of fact and in the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceedings.

The petition and pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
