CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VALMIKI J. MEHTA

O R D E R

% 20.01.2017 1.

As per paragraph 7 of the writ petition the school in question which the petitioner/society claims to represent, namely, Alok Punj Secondary School, has been taken over by Directorate of Education way back in June, 1995 and the school is also being managed by Directorate of Education.

2.

If that be so, the petitioner would have no locus standi. 3.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition only if petitioner continues to be the management of the school, and in case the petitioner does not continue to be the management of the school and which management under Section 20 of the Delhi School Education Act is with the administrator or with the nominee of the Directorate of Education, then obviously, the petitioner would have no right to manage the school.

4.

The writ petition is disposed of while granting the aforesaid liberty.
