No. 1911/2017 Prosecutrix has categorically alleged in the FIR that in the month of April, 2016 she went to the petitioner's house to demand of her money, when he offered her cold drink.
She became unconscious.
When she regained consciousness, she found herself in naked condition. When she asked the petitioner whey he had done wrong with her, he threatened her to upload her video on the net if she told anything to anybody. Thereafter, he continued
doing wrong with her till June, 2016 after extending threats to upload her video on the net.
No ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Anticipatory bail application is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
