O R D E R

% 11.09.2017 Parties have resolved their disputes and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 03.04.2017. Respondent No. 2 has received the entire amount of Rs.32,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lacs Only) from the petitioners against all his claims.

Statements of the parties have already been recorded on 08.09.2017. Cost paid.

In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No.212/2014 under Section 420/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station - Binda Pur, Delhi, and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed.

The petition is disposed of.
