By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and curb inner stress. 2.

On a notice being issued, a status report has been filed as per which the parents of the petitioner though traced but did not want the petitioner to reside with them at the time of parole. However uncle of the petitioner namely Banarsi Dass had no objection to the petitioner staying with him on the parole.

As per the nominal roll, the petitioner was twice granted parole by this Court in the year 2015 and 2016 and there is no allegation that he misused the said concession.

Considering the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with two surety bonds of the like amount out of which one surety would be his uncle namely Banarsi Dass to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The sureties of the petitioner will keep their mobile phone in active mode so that as and when required the petitioner can be contacted.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
