1. There are three periods for which the Petitioner has claimed refund. The refund for 2 of the periods has already been issued to the Petitioner and a copy of the order thereof has been provided to the Petitioner. As regards the refund for the 3rd quarter of 2011-12, counsel for the Respondent states that the refund claim was rejected in 2013 itself and against the said rejection, the Petitioner is already before the Objection Hearing Authority. In that view of the matter, no order is required to be passed as far as that refund claim is concerned.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
