% 13.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to look after his wife who is suffering from ailments. On a notice being issued to the State, the factum of wife of the petitioner residing at RZ90/284, Gali No.2, Gitanjali Park, Sagar Pur, New Delhi has been verified. As per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner has not been granted any parole either in the year 2016 or 2017. In this year, he has been granted furlough twice for a period of two weeks which concession he did not misuse and surrendered in time.
Considering the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.
A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
