% 16.01.2019 Ms. Vohra, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation of the case has since been transferred to the Anti Human Trafficking Unit, since it is a specialized unit to examine cases of this nature. The whereabouts of the petitioner's husband are not known since 11.08.2014.

Let a Status Report be filed within four weeks from today. The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that the investigations shall be carried out in the right earnest and intimation in this regard shall be made to the petitioner within the same time. The petitioner may appear before the DCP of the said unit on 29.01.2019, preferably in the forenoon, to apprise the said officer of the details of the case, as may be. In view of the above, at this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition any further.

The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case of any difficulty. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
