% 11.01.2017 Respondent no.2 is cousin of petitioner. On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR 646/2015 under Section 354-D IPC was registered against the petitioner at police station Saket. With the intervention of family members petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes vide compromise deed dated 1st December, 2016. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She submits that she is married now. She further submits that she has pardoned the petitioner, thus, is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their

disputes amicably and respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, FIR No. 646/2015 under Section 354-D IPC registered at police station Saket and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
