% 23.10.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response by respondents to petitioner's Email Representation of 11th September, 2018 (Annexure P-4).
Despite service of advance notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a proper concise Representation to second respondent within a week from today. Upon receiving of such a Representation, second respondent shall pass a speaking order on petitioner's Representation within a period of four weeks from its receipt and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
