1. Learned counsel for the Respondent states on instructions of Mr Premvir Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax present in Court that the necessary refund of Rs.7,60,91,370/- due to the Petitioner for Assessment Year 2013-14 will be issued to the Petitioner positively by 30th April 2016. The Petitioner will also be entitled to whatever interest as is admissible in law.

2. No further directions are called for in this petition. However, if there is non-compliance with the above assurance given to the Court, it will be open for the Petitioner to apply to this Court for directions. W.P. (C) 7095/2015

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
