Counsel for applicant/respondent-Insurer submits that cheques are ready and will be deposited during the course of the day. Upon hearing, the application is allowed with the rider that for the period of delay, interest @6% per annum (over and above the interest payable in terms of judgment of 12th April, 2018) be also deposited by respondent-Insurer within four weeks, which be released to the Injured forthwith.
