% 04.09.2018 By this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. petitioner has assailed order dated 4th March, 2015 to the extent whereby Secretary of the petitioner society has been summoned as a witness to produce records mentioned in the application, personally or through some competent person. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 (complainant) submits that this petition has become infructuous as respondent no.2 has already closed presummoning evidence. He submits that now records are not required to be summoned.
In view of this statement of counsel for the respondent no.2 the petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
