O R D E R

% 16.10.2017 BAIL APPLN. 1593/2017 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0114/2017, under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is innocent and the allegations as alleged in the FIR are false and baseless and nothing is to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is ready to join the investigation as and when required and prays that the petitioners may be released on bail. Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice and opposes the bail application.

He, however, on instructions from the IO - SI Ram Phool

submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing remains to be recovered from the possession of petitioner. In these circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned, with the condition that:

(i) The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court below;

(ii) The petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.

The present anticipatory bail application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
