17.11.2017 By these petitions, petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR No. 278/14 under Sections 420 IPC registered at police station Hauz Qazi on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 3-Ashish Kumar Yadav in Cr1. M.C. 3506/2017 is also a co-accused besides the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioners, respondent no. 3 and respondent no. 2 have

settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 2°c' February, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. copy of the mediation proceedings containing the terms of settlement has been annexed as Annexure-P2 in Cr1. M.C. 3506/2017. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Davender Singh of police station Hauz Qazi. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners and respondent no. 3 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in quashing of the FIR. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and private respondents, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
