% 08.12.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration of FIR No. 209/2012 under Section 146/147/148/149/436/506 IPC at police station Prasad Nagar, on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Mahipal Singh of police station Prasad Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without

any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Settlement Deed dated 5th July, 2017; therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR No.

209/2012 under Sections 146/147/148/149/436/506 IPC registered at police station Prasad Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
