% 29.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, petitioners had made Representation of 10th September, 2018 (Annexure P-4) to respondents. The grievance of petitioners is that objections to the grant of NOC were filed, but their objections have not been considered by third respondent.

If it is so, then third respondent shall ensure that a speaking response to petitioners' objections to grant of NOC for installation of lift in B-4 Block, House numbers 3170-3182, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi be made within a period of six weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to W.P.(C) 10467/2018

petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
