% 16.10.2018 Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. Respondent No.2 is present in Court and accepts notice and has been identified by the SI Yogendra Kumar, PS DBG Road. Respondent No.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case FIR No. 251/2017 under Sections 354(A)/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station D.B.G. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending.
