ORDER

19.12.2018 By these applications, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 215/2016 under Sections 420/34 IPG registered at PS Prashant Vihar.

BAIL APPLN. 2687/2016 and conn, matter p^ge 1 of 2 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

Parties were referred to Mediation Centre and the report has been received indicating that the settlement has been arrived at between the complainant and the petitioners.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties which learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners would abide by, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In the event of arrest the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond In the sum of ?25,000/- each with one surety bond each of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit.

Petitions are disposed of.
