% 22.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that investigations are complete and charge-sheet is like to be filed. Petitioner has cooperated in the investigation. Vide order dated 18th August, 2017 it was directed that no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner. The said interim protection is still continuing.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
