1. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that within two weeks from today, all the required documents including the bill of lading, the shipment bills etc. will be produced before the VATO concerned. In that event, within two weeks thereafter, the refund order will be issued by the Revenue and within a week thereafter, the refund amount together with interest due thereon shall be paid directly into the account of the Petitioner.

2. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance as regards noncompliance with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 6972/2017 Page 1 of 2.
