% 06.09.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his application having been filed before the respondents on 29.4.2003, the application is yet pending before the respondents; his status for consideration of allotment of alternate plot has not been decided. This is the grievances of the petitioner.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. She does not dispute the fact that an application has been filed by the petitioner before the Department. This appears to be evident from the acknowledgment of the respondent (page 18 of the paper book) as also subsequent communication of the respondent dated 28.10.2013).

The case of the petitioner be decided as per seniority. Petition disposed of.
