O R D E R

% 08.10.2018 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that complainant did not adjust with the family of the petitioner. She used to quarrel with the petitioner and his family members. Even her relatives will come to his house and quarrel with them.

Petitioner filed two complaints at police station Mandavali against the complainant and her family members. The first complaint was made on 15th August, 2016 and second complaint was made on 14th September, 2016.

As a counter blast complainant got registered the FIR No.91/2017 under sections 498A/406/34 IPC at police station Begumpur. General allegations have been levelled in the FIR to the effect that she was ill-treated on account of dowry demands etc. by the petitioner, his parents, sisters and brothers.

Petitioner has already joined investigation.

Matter was sent to mediation centre but the parties have failed to settle their disputes. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered

that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
