% 18.08.2017 Petitioner claims to be squatting at outer Gate No.1 All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Aurobind Marg, New Delhi since 1997. Copies of the challan have been placed on record. Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been harassed by the official of the New Delhi Municipal Council.

Mr. Peechara, learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 enters appearance on an advance notice. He points that challans, including the challan dated 03.08.2017, have been issued by the Health Department, as the petitioner was selling uncut fruit in an unhygienic manner at the site.

Mr. Sahoo submits that petitioner will make all efforts to sell the fruits at the site in a hygienic manner.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. CM No. 29153/2017 is also disposed of.
