% 18.10.2016 C.M.No. 37835/2016 (u/S 151 CPC) By this application, applicants- respondents No.1 & 2, seek release of fixed deposit receipt of `60,00,000/- deposited by appellant in pursuance to the order of 4th August, 2016.

Advance copy of the application stands already served to the other side but none has appeared for appellant.

The appeal stands already disposed of on 15th July, 2016. In view thereof, issuance of notice of this application upon appellant is dispensed with. Learned counsel for applicants-respondents submits that the matter is now listed before the Executing Court on 21st October, 2016. Upon hearing and in view of the averments in the application, it is directed that the amount of `60,00,000/- lying deposited in the form of EX.F.A. 10/2015
