The grievance of the petitioner is essentially that the GPF, which is being paid to employees of aided School who have been recruited prior to 1st January, 2004, has not been deposited in the GPF Account and is being deposited in nationalised bank account. 2.
This, he submits, has resulted in the amount earning at a lesser rate of interest.
3.
The respondents contention is that they are acting in accordance with the clause 11 of the guideline issued on 29th October, 1979 by the Delhi Administration under the aegis of Rule 126 of the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973.
4.
Admittedly, the said clause is not under challenge. 5.
The petitioner, who appears in person, seeks to withdraw this
writ petition with leave to move appropriate petition, if so advised, challenging the clause 11 or Rule 126 of the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973.
6.
Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 7.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. C.HARI SHANKAR, J OCTOBER 04, 2018 dsn
