1. Learned counsel for the Respondent states that the refund order is under process and that if a time bound direction is issued, the refund orders will be issued in compliance therewith.
2. It is, accordingly, directed that the refund order will be issued within four weeks from today and within two weeks thereafter, the refund amount together with interest due thereon shall be directly paid into the account of the Petitioner. In the event there is any grievance regarding non-compliance with the above directions, it would be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.
