% 27.01.2017 The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek a direction that she may be released on parole to enable her to be with her son and take care of her medical treatment. The petitioner's son who is 23 years' old is being treated for acute mania. The status report discloses that the petitioner has two elder daughters who are 26 years and 24 years old. The parents of the petitioner who are 85 years and 75 years of age are also residing with the petitioner's children. The nominal roll shows that the petitioner has been released on furlough on several occasions, including, between 10.11.2016 and 02.12.2016 and again on 16.01.2017 for a period of two weeks. Thus, she is even now on furlough and is due to surrender on 02.02.2017. The ground taken by her to seek parole has, therefore, disappeared since she has

already been released on furlough. The petition is accordingly dismissed. VIPIN SANGHI, J JANUARY 27, 2017 sl
