% 24.07.2018 While granting anticipatory bail to petitioner Trial Court has directed the petitioner to deposit FDR of Rs.5 lacs in Court. Petitioner is aggrieved by this conditional anticipatory bail order.

It is contended that no such condition could have been imposed by the Trial Court. I need not to go into this question on merits, in view of the changed circumstances. Petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 14.05.2018. Accordingly, the condition of depositing of FDR, as imposed by the Trial Court, is set aside.
