% 10.01.2018 Mr. Ajay Digpaul has filed the status report in the Court. The same is taken on record. In para 3 of the status report, the following has been stated:- "3. That in order to execute the aforesaid demolition/sealing orders, the department has now fixed the programme for 10/01/2018 which will be taken/carried out upon availability of police force." In view of the status report filed by the SDMC, the petition is disposed of.
