Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition whereunder implementation of the impugned judgment dated 22.07.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.969/2012 has been prayed for, while reserving the right of his client to approach Central Administrative Tribunal by filing an Execution Petition against the respondents.
